This book contains current-day photographs of many locations along the old route of the Lancefield to Kilmore railway as well as contemporaneous photographs from when the railway was operating.
The line was opened in 1892 and, after a closure between 1897 and 1900, the loss-making line was finally closed in 1903.
This book provides the visitor with GPS references for many locations as well as descriptions as to accessing the different locations, all of which are on private land. There are GeoCaches locations referenced in the text.
There are 55 maps and diagrams and many captioned images in colour and black/white..
The book is of 122 pages and is casebound in illustrated glossy boards.(see photo). The size of the book is 300 mm (W) x 215 mm (H) and 15 mm thick.
