Australian Railway Historical Society Victorian Division Inc A0033223H (ARHS) delivers products using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Australia Post Parcel service with Tracking is the normal service used. Registered, Insured and Express Post services are available at additional charge upon request.
Delivery estimates to addresses outside Australia are available on request.
ARHS ships goods Australia-wide. ARHS also ships products to North America, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Consideration will be given to shipping to other destinations.
Please read carefully. ARHS does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. ARHS has described the book (or other product) clearly and accurately. We will endeavour to pack the book (or other product) to withstand the rough handling that can happen in the postal services. ARHS is, however, not able to take responsibility for that. If you are concerned about that, please ask if an insurance option is available.
To obtain a refund, you must return the goods within 30 days of delivery to you. You are responsible for return postage costs
When purchasing from ARHS, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay – a service of Westpac Banking Corporation. Card data is not hosted by ARHS after processing.
